I get to work closely with ambitious management teams and colleagues on solving interesting problems. For me, the most rewarding moments are when we turn what could feel like a “HR challenge” into a lever for business growth, while preserving or even enhancing what matters most in a company’s culture.

I try to combine analysis, empathy and energy. It’s about understanding the real challenges leaders face day-to-day, framing them clearly, and then working together on practical changes that make the whole organisation stronger.

I’m a wannabe cowboy in every way! There’s nothing I enjoy more than putting on my Stetson and standing over a BBQ with a glass of bourbon and some country music playing. My wife loves it… I think.
