How our partner companies got off to a strong start in 2026

Phoenix partner companies

We look back on a successful Q1 and celebrate the achievements of our partners.

A lot can change in a few months, and the early days of 2026 were no exception. At Phoenix, we’ve watched our partner companies go from strength to strength.

To name every single success would be an impossible task, but here are a few of our recent highlights.

M&A in the time of opportunity

For most of us, the first few weeks of January were dedicated to sorting overstuffed inboxes and lining up catch-up meetings. But Nineteen Group had different plans. The firm kicked off the New Year with a string of high-profile U.S. acquisitions – Reliabilityweb, The Lead, and SubSummit – reinforcing its international portfolio of category-leading platforms and communities. Nineteen Group is on track to become a global powerhouse in the events sector and we couldn’t be more proud of the entire team.

Logiq took a bold step forward with its acquisition of Savient, a technology and data specialist focused on delivery in highly regulated environments. The deal strengthens Logiq’s capabilities in secure delivery and expands its presence in the South-West, a region at the heart of the UK’s cyber and national security ecosystem.

Meanwhile, 4most celebrated the opening of its new and much roomier office in Amsterdam, following the exciting addition of VB Risk Advisory.  The move demonstrates the firm’s steadfast commitment to setting roots in the European continent. It’s a strong collaboration between two well-aligned companies.

New year, new hires

Without the right team, even the most promising companies will struggle to realise their growth potential. In a time of heated competition, people are the most valuable form of capital there is – and our partners understand that completely.

In February, London Gynaecology appointed Ellis Downes as its Medical Director. In his new role, Ellis will marshal his experience in private practice, supporting quality improvement initiatives and providing mentorship for the team’s dedicated clinicians.

Over in The City of London, Dufrain was making a new hire of its own. In March, the firm welcomed Daniel Webb as its permanent Chief Operating Officer. As a sector veteran, Daniel will bring over 25 years of consulting and complex delivery experience, a powerful combination that will support the firm’s strategic growth plans.

FutureMeds recently extended its streak of high-profile leadership appointments with the hiring of Tracie Greenhalgh as Chief People Officer. Tracie’s appointment followed the quickfire announcements of Paul Maddison as Chief Financial Officer and Nachiket Chandak as Chief Commercial Officer. By recruiting new talent at pace, FutureMeds is growing in a culturally and operationally cohesive way.

New frontiers and high commendations

In March, Nostra was recognised in the Financial Times FT100, cementing its standing as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. It’s a real accomplishment, and one that was driven by the team’s commitment to delivering world-class technology services across Ireland and beyond.

The achievements don’t stop there. Logiq was named as Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security, an accolade that is only given to companies who meet Microsoft’s partner standards, including relevant technical certifications and practical experience. For Logiq, it’s a recognition that will open more doors to new projects and future work.

Final words

At Phoenix, it is our privilege to support founder-driven companies, serve on their boards, and become a small part of their success story. Based on the past three months alone, we cannot help but feel a tremendous amount of confidence for the future ahead.
